Terms and Conditions for Clients of STR Pro:

  1. Service Agreement:

    • By engaging with STR Pro services, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  2. Subscription Plans and Pricing:

    • Clients must select a subscription plan based on their hosting needs and budget.
    • Pricing is determined by the selected plan and additional services utilized.
    • Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the subscription plan.
  3. Service Scope:

    • STR Pro provides comprehensive property management services, including listing management, guest communication, check-in and check-out coordination, marketing and promotion, maintenance, housekeeping, and bills payment management.
    • Clients acknowledge that STR Pro will act as a liaison between them and various service providers to facilitate property management.
  4. Property Access and Authorization:

    • Clients grant STR Pro access to their property for the purpose of conducting inspections, maintenance, and guest services.
    • Clients authorize STR Pro to represent them in communication with property management offices, utility companies, and service providers.
  5. Property Maintenance:

    • Clients understand that STR Pro will conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the property is in optimal condition for guests.
    • Clients agree to promptly address any maintenance issues identified by STR Pro to maintain the property’s quality and guest satisfaction.
  6. Financial Management:

    • Clients authorize STR Pro to manage utility bill payments and other property-related expenses using funds from their designated accounts.
    • Clients agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information to facilitate timely bill payments.
  7. Communication and Feedback:

    • Clients acknowledge that effective communication is essential for successful property management.
    • Clients agree to promptly respond to inquiries and requests from STR Pro to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
    • Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on services provided by STR Pro to facilitate continuous improvement.
  8. Liability and Indemnification:

    • Clients understand that while STR Pro will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and maintenance of their property, they ultimately assume responsibility for any damages or losses incurred.
    • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless STR Pro and its agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of their property management services.
  9. Termination of Services:

    • Either party may terminate the service agreement with a notice period as specified in the subscription plan.
    • Clients understand that termination of services may result in the discontinuation of property management services and access to related benefits.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
    • Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [Jurisdiction].
