POLICY STATEMENT

STR Pro is dedicated to enriching the guest experience and promoting properties through the provision and management of food and beverage (F&B) options. This policy outlines the guidelines for offering F&B services at STR Pro-managed properties, ensuring compliance with property owner agreements and regulations. 

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of this policy is to enhance guest satisfaction and promote properties by offering food and beverage (F&B) options for sale or promotional use at STR Pro-managed properties. It governs the provision and management of F&B services, ensuring alignment with property owner agreements and regulatory compliance. This policy applies to all properties managed by STR Pro where F&B services are offered to guests.

APPLICABILITY

This policy applies to property owners subscribed to STR Pro services for all rental properties 

DEFINITIONS

  1. F&B: Food and Beverage.

  2. Property Owner: The individual or entity that has subscribed to STR Pro services for the management of their rental properties.

  3. Guest: An individual staying at a property managed by STR Pro where F&B services are available.

  4. Promotional Use: The utilization of F&B items as part of marketing campaigns or events to attract more guests to the property.

  5. F&B Revenue: Income generated from the sale of F&B items, used to cover promotional and operational costs.

  6. F&B Cost: Expenses associated with the provision of F&B items, including purchasing, stocking, logistics, and promotional use.

  7. F&B Capital: Initial setup and maintenance costs of F&B services at properties managed by STR Pro.

  8. Exclusivity: The exclusive right of STR Pro to sell F&B products and services during the management period.

  9. Third Parties: External F&B vendors, service providers, or contractors that STR Pro may partner with to enhance the variety and quality of F&B offerings.

  10. Liabilities: The responsibility of STR Pro for guest complaints and any adverse events arising from F&B services provided within the premises.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Right to Use F&B to Promote the Property

  1. STR Pro reserves the right to use F&B items as promotional tools to enhance guest satisfaction and increase property bookings.
  2. F&B offerings may be included in promotional packages, events, or campaigns designed to attract more guests.

The Right to Sell F&B in the Property

  1. STR Pro has the right to sell F&B items to guests staying at the property.
  2. All F&B sales will be managed and operated by STR Pro staff to ensure quality and consistency.

F&B Revenue

  1. Revenue generated from the sale of F&B items will be used to cover promotional and operational costs.
  2. Property owners will not receive revenue from F&B sales.

F&B Cost

  1. Costs associated with the provision of F&B items, including purchasing, stocking, logistics, and promotional use, will be managed and operated by STR Pro.
  2. Property owners shall not be charged for any capital costs or losses related to F&B offerings.

F&B Capital

  1. Property owners shall not bear any capital costs related to the initial setup and maintenance of F&B services at their properties.
  2. STR Pro shall manage the operational aspects, including inventory management and cost control, to ensure effective F&B service delivery.

The Right to Partner with Other F&B Vendors, Service Providers, and Contractors

  1. STR Pro reserves the right to partner with external F&B vendors, service providers, and contractors to enhance the variety and quality of F&B offerings.
  2. These partnerships aim to provide guests with a wider selection of food and beverage options and improve overall guest satisfaction.

 

Exclusivity

  1. During the period STR Pro manages the property, it reserves the exclusive right to sell F&B products and services.

  2. Property owners and other third parties are not permitted to sell F&B items on the property without explicit written consent from STR Pro.

 

LIABILITIES

  1. STR Pro takes full responsibility for guest complaints and any unfortunate events arising from F&B services provided within the premises.
  2. STR Pro will handle all claims and disputes related to F&B services to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Owners: Property owners subscribed to STR Pro are responsible for adhering to the guidelines outlined in this policy.

STR Pro: STR Pro is responsible for overseeing the implementation and enforcement of this policy.

Compliance

Compliance with this policy shall strictly adhere to the outlined guidelines without exception.

Effective Date

This policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Any revisions or updates to the policy will also take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Administration

The administration of this policy shall be overseen by the management team of STR Pro. Responsibilities include ensuring the consistent implementation and enforcement of this policy.
