PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of these general provisions is to outline the guidelines and procedures governing property owner check-ins at Airdesign360: Pioneer Series Designs in Amani Grand Resort Residences on Airbnb. These provisions aim to ensure fair and efficient utilization of property owner access while maintaining the integrity and operational effectiveness of the rental properties managed by STR Pro. The guidelines outlined herein govern the check-in process for property owners seeking to use their units for personal purposes. 

 

DEFINITIONS

  1. Property Owners: Individuals or entities who possess ownership of the property at Amani Grand Resort Residences, subscribed to services provided by STR Pro.
  2. Check-in: The process whereby property owners gain access to their units for personal use, subject to specific guidelines outlined by STR Pro.
  3. Airbnb Date Blocking: The management team’s action to block specific dates on Airbnb, preventing guest bookings during periods when property owners are scheduled to check in.
  4. Notification Requirement: The obligation for property owners to inform the management team of their intended check-in dates at least two weeks in advance via the designated platform, Property Owner Booking360.
  5. House Rules: The established regulations and guidelines governing the behavior and conduct of all individuals within Airdesign360: Pioneer Series Designs in Amani Grand Resort Residences on Airbnb, ensuring a harmonious environment and guest satisfaction.
  6. Management Team: The responsible group overseeing the operations and administration of Airdesign360: Pioneer Series Designs in Amani Grand Resort Residences on Airbnb, including check-in procedures and policy compliance enforcement.

This measure is implemented to prevent guest bookings during the specified period, ensuring the availability of the unit for the property owner’s use.

Notification Requirement: Property owners are required to provide notification to the management team via the designated platform, Property Owner Booking360, at least two weeks in advance of their intended check-in date. This advance notice allows for proper coordination and planning of resources.

Compliance with House Rules: During their stay, property owners must adhere strictly to the house rules and guidelines established by the management team. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests and residents within the premises.

Management Oversight: The management team retains full authority to oversee and enforce compliance with this policy. This includes the right to deny check-in requests that exceed the allotted 7-night limit or fail to adhere to the specified notification procedures and house rules. All decisions made by the management team regarding check-ins are final.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Owners: Property owners subscribed to STR Pro are responsible for adhering to the guidelines outlined in this policy.

STR Pro: STR Pro is responsible for overseeing the implementation and enforcement of this policy.

Compliance

Compliance with this policy shall strictly adhere to the outlined guidelines without exception.

Effective Date

This policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Any revisions or updates to the policy will also take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Administration

The administration of this policy shall be overseen by the management team of STR Pro. Responsibilities include ensuring the consistent implementation and enforcement of this policy.
